In Allianz Partners, the Organizational Management (OM) Department is responsible for implementing a new set of standard organization, processes and supporting systems throughout all our Business Units for all lines of business.~crlf~ ~crlf~The purpose of this transformation is to expand Allianz Partners’ position as a market leader, both in terms of customer satisfaction and efficiency. The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services.~crlf~Based in the headquarters of Paris and Munich, the team is responsible for prioritization of back-office investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the target platforms, so called ABS (Allianz Business Solution).~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be part of the Organizational Management Department reporting to the RUN & Change/ Training Management Lead and will work simultaneously on several projects.

Within the Production support and Change / Training team, you will work on international Programs of implementation of Global solutions involving HQ and/or several BUs (countries). You will be in charge of:~crlf~ ~crlf~On Production Support side : ~crlf~##Prepare reporting on key production support indicators for Top Management committees in collaboration with Allianz technology and AzP OM teams ~crlf~##Participate and enrich existing documentation, processes and user guides on key RUN activities ~crlf~##Project tools management (query execution, data updates in Jira)~crlf~##Coordinate the testing of the Minor and Major production releases~crlf~##Follow-up the escalations of the Incidents / Service Requests~crlf~##Participate to RUN Team Meeting and consolidate information by producing minutes and following up activities~crlf~##Constantly monitor and report on progress to your management~crlf~ ~crlf~On Training & Change Management side : ~crlf~##Support Training managers to Gather and harmonize local business needs and define audience for training sessions~crlf~##Work with the team on the coordination, organization and follow-up of training activities~crlf~##Help the training team on the training materials creation / updates~crlf~
