Product Owner - Global Health Services

An opportunity to be part of new dynamic, international unit of high strategic importance which shapes the health ecosystems for Allianz Partners group by designing, building and scaling global health services in the Access to Care and prevention space. As a Global Product Owner you will be responsible for designing, developing, improving and delivering GHS services like the digital health assistant for access to care, taking the lead from a technology perspective (while having business and customer in mind).~crlf~You will supervise and coordinate all efforts related to technical design, development and deployment of global digital GHS assets – like the digital health assistant for access to care.

•Help shape Allianz Partners’ strategy for Global Health Services from a technology perspective to enhance our global tech platform~crlf~•Translate the product vision into product roadmaps and identify enhancements to current features~crlf~•Own the product backlogs and prioritize them, develop product implementation timelines, associated milestones and project plans~crlf~•Lead development teams during design, development and deployment of global health services~crlf~•Translate business needs into requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinate with IT business analysts to finalize user stories~crlf~•Work with user interface and user experience teams to create user-friendly and consistent UI/UX~crlf~•Approve user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure that requirements are accurate, sufficiently detailed and support business needs~crlf~•Serve as the Product Owner on the development team~crlf~•Decide the scope for upcoming releases, release dates and product launches; plan and coordinate UAT before final approval for release~crlf~•Monitor and measure launched products and incorporate the findings~crlf~•Identify and evaluate potential providers/ strategic partners/ M&A targets from a tech perspective~crlf~•Coordinate IT security topic~crlf~•Run RFP processes for technology-focused providers~crlf~•Coordinate broad variety of stakeholders (e.g. business functions, Org. management, B-partners)~crlf~•Closely collaborate with colleagues from various teams/ functions, especially Market Management, Sales, Organizational Management and IT Security ~crlf~•Report to the Global Head of Access to Care & Prevention, based in Munich~crlf~~crlf~

•You have 8+ year of related work experience~crlf~•You have an university degree in a relevant field~crlf~•You are a certified Scrum Product Owner~crlf~•You’d describe yourself as curious, self-organized, pragmatic and result-driven~crlf~•People around you value your integrity, reliability and positive spirit~crlf~•You enjoy working as a team in an international environment, with occasional travel ~crlf~•Your strengths include combining big-picture thinking with a strong attention to detail and consistency~crlf~•You have strong communication skills, spoken and written~crlf~•You are familiar with the digital health space and the insurance / assistance sector~crlf~•Confluence and Slack are your friends~crlf~•You speak and write English at a professional level – German or French are a plus~crlf~~crlf~
