You’ll collaborate with creative, analytic, sales, product and other colleagues to grow existing accounts and help convert prospects. And you’ll have an opportunity to work with our CX lead to identify and implement improvements in our B2B2C customer experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~You will: ~crlf~~crlf~## Develop and execute marketing plans for B2B2C partners with consideration of partner-specific booking-path and non-booking-path strategies and tactics; help raise awareness about travel insurance before the booking path and retarget non-customers using tools like splash pages, FAQ’s, email campaigns, and display ads. ~crlf~## Gather consumer and partner insights to inform decision mapping strategies and tactics.~crlf~## Support the preparation of partner-facing proposals, business reviews, and other presentations, etc.~crlf~## Lead organic growth initiatives, as well as new business prospect marketing, in strategic brainstorm meetings and immersion sessions.~crlf~## Build and maintain positive/productive internal relationships with sales, product and marketing team members, as well as finance, compliance and other functional areas.~crlf~## Build and maintain positive/productive relationships with external partners and follow up on the full implementing of marketing initiatives and campaigns. ~crlf~## Lead and/or participate in developing mobile strategies in terms of booking path optimization, educating on mobile trends/impacts, and developing mobile-specific agenda in the B2B2C channels.~crlf~## Brief, direct and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, research partners and vendors, providing consumer and partner-specific insights to inform creative strategy and development.~crlf~## Work within applicable brand guidelines, understanding the brand architecture and customer-centricity efforts; implement co-brand or trade advertising/marketing campaigns.~crlf~## Apply a customer-centric approach to create seamless user experience within and outside of booking path.~crlf~## Understand and clearly communicate the overall B2B strategy, to ensure we fulfill our promise to provide more value to partners and their customers.~crlf~## Stay up-to-date on competitive environment—from competitor activity to upcoming innovations or potential disruption. ~crlf~~crlf~You may also perform other duties as assigned and must have regular, predictable, reliable attendance.~crlf~

WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## Three to seven years' experience in a B2B or eCommerce marketing strategy role preferred~crlf~## Bachelor's Degree with MBA strongly preferred ~crlf~## Knowledge of brand and direct response marketing as well as co-brand advertising campaigns~crlf~## Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel in a strategic business and marketing environment~crlf~## Strong strategic marketing and analytical skills; project management and prioritization skills~crlf~## Passion for market intelligence in terms of seeking and utilizing trends and research~crlf~## Highly attentive to details when reviewing creative assets and deliverable before sharing with partners~crlf~## Active and fast learner; comfortable with ambiguity and innovative & entrepreneurial environment, yet can independently execute campaigns and projects~crlf~## Knowledge of marketing within the travel supplier, agency, insurance and/or other regulated industries is strongly preferred~crlf~
