Our ambition is to set the global B2B2C market standard for integrating with global business partners to develop complete solutions combining insurance, assistance and technology.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Global Business Development & Digital Deals department is part of the Global Sales board area of Allianz Automotive (Az Auto). Its main task is to build the foundation for further profitable growth by defining new (digital) business models, driving strategic business projects with both OEMs and Allianz entities, investigating into white spot markets, and generating top notch business intelligence and analytics. We closely work together with the OEM key account & regional management team, and relevant counterparts in other Az Auto departments, as well as Allianz Partners, and Allianz Group overall.

##Develop new (digital) business/sales models for automotive business in key markets~crlf~##Manage strategic Az Auto business projects (with both OEMs and Allianz entities)~crlf~##Selectively support Az Auto markets on-the-ground e.g. in (virtual) workshops~crlf~##Drive European business tenders coordinating all relevant Allianz entities and Az Auto departments~crlf~##Drive the creation of tools and standards as well as best practice sharing within Europe and beyond~crlf~##Generate top notch business intelligence and analytics for automotive insurance business~crlf~##Act as a standing sounding board for concepts, methods, storylines, etc.~crlf~##Help closely coordinate business development activities with other Az Auto departments (e.g. Automotive Innovation Center)~crlf~##Foster link with business development activities of Allianz Partners and Allianz Group~crlf~

##University degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics, or similar studies ~crlf~##Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)~crlf~##Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); any other additional languages would be a plus~crlf~##At least 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive industry and/or insurance~crlf~##Confidence in dealing with senior management and in an international team~crlf~##Outstanding conceptual, analytical and quantitative skills~crlf~##Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings~crlf~##Strong result orientation, proactivity, self-standing drive, entrepreneurial mindset~crlf~##Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge~crlf~##Intercultural sensitivity and international (work or academic) experience~crlf~
