A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~You’ll: ~crlf~~crlf~## Develop business strategies that drive greater profitability and competitive success for the company~crlf~## Manage and develop 5-7 analysts, coaching them towards increased scope and complexity of work ~crlf~## Develop and lead implementation of new metrics, tools, analytical models/ frameworks to improve the way we assess operational performance and gain efficiencies~crlf~## Lead the team to provide comprehensive analytical services and solutions that improve productivity and efficiencies to business operations in claims management, customer service platforms, financial planning and steering, and headcount forecasting. ~crlf~## Develop data driven, targeted insights that inform investment decisions related to artificial intelligence, RPA and other automations that reduce cost while improving the customer experience, as well as inform improvements to processes, policies, products, end-to-end customer experience design and profitability. ~crlf~## Play a key role in implementing and optimizing innovations and serve as lead data insights contact on key innovation projects/agile team efforts~crlf~## Collaborate closely with servicing platform product leads to optimize platform performance~crlf~## Collaborate with business partners and leadership to determine where new/different product features or policies should be implemented to better meet customer, partner or business needs. Understands business objectives and provides needed data and analytics support.~crlf~## Recommends to local/global Operations executives on analytical and other initiatives to prioritize to achieve the biggest return on investment~crlf~~crlf~You’ll also be expected to perform other duties as assigned and have regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.~crlf~

WHAT YOU’LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## Strategic and analytical orientation: Must love data and have a track record of making data driven, analytical decisions. Curious about why results are what they are, questions everything and loves to dig deep to understand performance drivers. ~crlf~## Solid people leadership skills. Understands how to get the best out of people. Committed to developing talent by aligning them with work they love to do, coaching, and challenging them.~crlf~## Executive communication skills. Great communication skills. Good at succinctly framing analysis and recommendations that influence leaders at multiple levels.~crlf~## Outcome/ results oriented. Self-motivated to drive/improve business outcomes.~crlf~## Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business. or a related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.~crlf~## Eight or more years of experience in analytics functions with proven interpersonal and transformational leadership skills~crlf~## Required technical skills: Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SQL. Proficiency and experience with using Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Cognos, SQL Server Management Studio, Microstrategy) and exposure to source system query engines (i.e. PeopleSoft, Cisco) also required.~crlf~
