Based in our Headoffice, you are part of a diverse team and work in an international and multicultural environment, and contribute to projects and initiatives of both the Headoffice HR team and the “People” Center of Expertise. You are notably in charge of Learning & Development for AzP Holding employees, mostly based in Saint-Ouen (France) and Munich (Germany). ~crlf~ ~crlf~In this perspective, you ensure the development of skills and knowledge that contribute to People Development while aligning on Corporate strategy and put in place relevant KPIs to measure the development actions effectiveness. Through your action, you contribute to performance and efficiency of employees and teams, to retention of talented people, and eventually to the success of the company. You are in charge of deploying global development programs locally and coordinating People development related projects locally, while ensuring the Training plan is rolled out.~crlf~ ~crlf~You play an active role in the transformation of the HR Function by implementing a Learning Management System, redefining the associated process to take them to the next step of maturity, and develop both efficiency and employee experience around Learning and Development. You also define the change management and training plan to onboard employees, managers, as well as your HR colleagues.~crlf~ ~crlf~Ultimately, you actively support the transition to the new HR operating model, by integrating the projects and processes into the catalog of services of the Global Learning & Development team (“People COE”) while also taking over global or regional initiatives.

You play an important role in the globalization and efficiency of the HR Function, by delivering on the L&D activities roadmap for the Headoffice population, while at the same time transitioning to new processes, and integrating them fully into the Global L&D Team. Your key responsibilities include: ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Contribute to the design of the Learning and Development Strategy for the Headoffice, define and implement the Training Plan~crlf~##Gather and keep track of learning development needs, propose relevant value adding development actions and build learning paths, leveraging the whole 70-20-10 development model~crlf~##Organize L&D actions : identification of relevant programs, registration, follow-up~crlf~##Increase collaboration with the "People" CoE in order to fully integrate your activities into the global portfolio and align them with target global processes. Contribute to the design of global initiatives, roll-them out according to the global people development strategy~crlf~##Review the L&D process to embrace the ongoing HR Transformation, transition to the global HR set-up and improve employee and manager experience around L&D~crlf~##Implement the group Learning Management System and deploy associated processes, including a comprehensive change management plan ~crlf~##Ensure that Allianz Partners Global Office is compliant with French training related regulation and keep track of the regulatory changes. Ensure statutory declaration are duly done and communicated to the French Authorities.~crlf~##Ensure Learning programs and activities remain within the allocated budget~crlf~##Administrative and logistical support~crlf~##Contribution on design and update of Group Intranet~crlf~##Document HR procedures and tools tutorials~crlf~##Follow-up on HR Best Practice, especially when related to HR Development~crlf~##Coordinate HR communication activities and events, support various HR projects~crlf~

##3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role in a French context~crlf~##Ability to both define initiatives and solutions to address business needs, and ensure proper implementation (logistics and admin)~crlf~##Project Management skills~crlf~##Experience working with a LMS~crlf~##Strong communication skills, with level of English - both spoken and written~crlf~##Solution Oriented, Team-Player with a can-do attitude~crlf~~crlf~
