As part of the AzP Internal Audit Department, you will support the team helping to manage the planning pre-defined audits activities, reviewing internal controls and conducting audit tests. Some of the other duties of an auditor include documenting audit issues, preparing audit findings, proposing audit recommendations and following up on outstanding tasks and audit issues. ~crlf~~crlf~Main tasks Auditor Jr. is responsible for: ~crlf~~crlf~• Executing audit activities aligned with the Audit Working Program and in accordance with Group and IIA standards; ~crlf~• Whenever possible, participating to the opening and closing meetings with the relevant stakeholders to commence audit and to discuss observations at the end of the audit respectively; ~crlf~• Examining the adequacy and appropriateness of internal controls and monitoring processes (in particular with Operations processes); ~crlf~• Conducting audit tests and reporting on their results based on evidence received (In-depth and well documented audit work); ~crlf~• Maintaining adequate working papers for each assignment and completing Internal Audit IT systems TeamMate accordingly; ~crlf~• Maintaining a transparent and permanent communication with the Audit team during the assignment; ~crlf~• Working with the senior auditor and/or the manager in preparing a written audit presentation/audit report. These audit presentation and report will include recommendations to Management and suggestions for improving the overall internal control environment; ~crlf~• Presenting audit findings and conclusions raised. ~crlf~• The Auditor will also participate in the follow up reviews for respective areas to ensure that audit recommendations raised have been implemented by the due date.~crlf~~crlf~

• 1 years professional experience gained in finance or consulting environment.~crlf~• Experience in Digital, Insurance, Banking or Service/Assistance industries preferred.~crlf~• Strong project management, Analytical, Assertive and Negotiation skills~crlf~• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders (Board of Directors, Senior Management)~crlf~• Business acumen, consulting skills and understanding of processes from a strategic point of view~crlf~• Excellent report writing and communication skills ( business language is Spanish and English)~crlf~• International profile with knowledge of foreign languages is desirable~crlf~• Ability to travel between 30% to 40% to AzP international locations ~crlf~• IT or Actuarial audit skills desirable but not mandatory. ~crlf~~crlf~To be successful you have the ability to partner, influence and build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders. You have a strong audit skill set, with a proven track record in managing audits end to end, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will enjoy driving change, add value to audit process and be commercially focused.
