The IT Performance Management team, within the CIO department, manages the IT Service Quality and the IT Performance, in the interest of the business, for Allianz Partners and its local business units, covering more than 30 countries.~crlf~~crlf~To fulfill that objective, we support the relationship between Allianz Partners and our IT provider, Allianz Technology. We monitor the IT service quality (QoS) and performance in collaboration with the Global Incident Manager, we control the SLA fulfillment, and we manage the evolution of the contractual SLA in collaboration in the respect of the business priorities.~crlf~~crlf~The role of the IT performance analyst is to manage the IT Performance & SLA reporting in close collaboration with Allianz technology. The role strongly supports the link between the business and the IT provider, and involves different kinds of activities: analysis, cross/collaborative management, reporting and process creation. The IT performance analyst supports the IT performance Officer and reports to the AzP IT Service Manager.~crlf~Our main future Challenges will be~crlf~ ## Monitoring the IT Services Improvement Plan managed by Allianz Technology and identify the improvement requirements according to the business priorities~crlf~## Managing the evolution and negotiation of the SLA and related amendment within the Allianz Technology contract, according to the IT risks and the business priorities, involving a strong collaboration with the contract management team

## Manage review calls with Allianz Technology for analysis and assessment of the IT quality/performance, the SLA (incident and availability), the change management process and the Performance Improvement Plan.~crlf~## Control the IT performance and SLA reporting from Allianz Technology, produce trend analysis, and manage potential SLA breach.~crlf~## Manage the internal IT Performance reporting dedicated to the business (regular reports and on demand analysis) as well as improvement requests from the business.~crlf~## Ensure correct follow-up of the IT Services Improvement Plan managed by Allianz Technology as well as any action plan resulting from any SLA breach, missed KPIs and/or escalations and complaints from the business.~crlf~## Work closely with Allianz Technology to identify new IT quality and performance improvement opportunities (Service Improvement Plan).~crlf~## Support the IT Performance Officer on the contractual SLA evolution and the Service Catalogue management.~crlf~

## Minimum 2-3 years of IT services experience with an experience as Service Delivery Manager~crlf~## Minimum 2-3 year of IT experience in Support or IT operation side~crlf~## Strong IT Service Management knowledge, especially with the following ITIL processes: Change, Problem, Incident, SLA, Service Catalogue, Continuous Improvement Plan)~crlf~## Strong reporting skills (Excel reports, PPT presentations,)~crlf~## IT landscape knowhow (functional, application, information architecture, monitoring)~crlf~## Ability to translate business trends and IT strategy needs into IT service and performance requirements~crlf~## Excellent English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in English language. Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways~crlf~## ability to influence, guide and build relationships at a manager level within Allianz Partners and with Allianz Technology~crlf~
