HR Operations Manager (m/f), Paris (Saint-Ouen) /France - 12 months contract

Reporting to the Head of Holding HR, you are part of the Global Office HR team and work closely with the HRBPs, the Centers of Expertise and the wider HR Transformation community to stabilize the payroll and admin processes and strengthen the efficiency for the function. ~crlf~You will leverage your expertise to contribute to and support HR systems implementations, upgrades and testing with the framework of the HR-Transformation project.~crlf~You will supervise and drive Payroll and Admin process efficiency and improvement. ~crlf~The position is based in the AzP Headquarters in Saint Ouen.

##Primary focus on the implementation, evolution, maintenance of the HRIS and HR-related systems and tools~crlf~##Actively participate in global projects to roll out new modules and functionalities in collaboration with global project teams and org management: manage the configuration of new modules locally, conduct testing, implement changes and adapt processes accordingly~crlf~##Raise issues and tickets and follow up on problem solving~crlf~##Look at the global system processes and adapt them to local activities with an aim to drive efficiency in the process and document it effectively.~crlf~##Look at end to end processes and define clearly process flow to ensure the right information is updated in the global HR system~crlf~##Define checks and balances for all processes to ensure high accuracy in processes ~crlf~##Ensures data integrity and accuracy in global HR system~crlf~##Monitor performance and identify processes that need improvement, outline appropriate solutions, present for approval and implement changes~crlf~##Raise agreed and approved change requests for the global system that helps delivers efficiencies~crlf~##Overview of payroll and admin process to improve efficiency~crlf~##Handle the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of Payroll and Admin (+HRIS-related) processes~crlf~##Identify improvement and automation opportunities and conduct change~crlf~##Review the current Global HR system and local payroll activities and determine ways to reduce duplicity of work~crlf~##Review the local payroll system landscape and integration to global HR system to ensure right data flow~crlf~

##8+ years experience in Project management/ HR information systems (employee life cycle : recruiting pay, admin, learning, talent, performance, reward)~crlf~##Knowledge of Success Factor and ADP would be a major plus.~crlf~##Understands process mapping and re-engineering to help drive process efficiencies~crlf~##Ability to implement checks and control framework and drive high levels of accuracy of data. ~crlf~##Drive and ability to navigate in multicultural teams and with multiple stakeholders~crlf~##French and English literacy~crlf~##Good analytical skills~crlf~##Team-player, capacity to challenge status-quo and solution-oriented~crlf~
