Provide administrative support to the HRIS/Payroll and Talent Acquisition functions.

Regular, Predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.~crlf~##Perform all HR personnel data entry and position management of new hires, transfers, terminations, leave of absence records, disciplinary action records, and any data changes to associate’s manager, job and pay in an accurately and timely manner.~crlf~##Maintain data quality and accuracy through standard control procedures and regular review of HR data.~crlf~##Report and respond to data inquiries from employees and managers. Collaborate with the business and HRIS Analyst to resolve data discrepancies.~crlf~##Manage approval workflows through regular follow-up with managers and other approval authorities to meet payroll deadlines.~crlf~##Coordinate all internal and external position posting activities including print and web-based advertising, college job boards, etc.~crlf~##Support recruiters in onboarding of new hires: create offer letters and non-competition agreements (if applicable) via DocuSign and generate onboarding packets.~crlf~##Follow-up with new hires as needed to ensure offer letters, non-competition agreements (if applicable), and background checks are completed timely.~crlf~##Coordinate speakers for orientation, complete room set up, and prepare orientation packets.~crlf~##Manage I-9 process when new hires begin employment.~crlf~##Coordinate between IT and HR to help track and complete new hire email setup. Partner with IT to resolve new hire email issues as needed.~crlf~##Ensure proper organization and maintenance of all HR files, including scanning into electronic system of record.~crlf~##Perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~

##Bachelor’s degree preferred.~crlf~##1+ years’ experience in Human Resources and HR Systems.~crlf~##Eagerness to learn and work within various HR functions with a focus on excellent delivery of customer service.~crlf~##Highly organized, efficient, focused, detailed oriented, flexible, and self-directed.~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.~crlf~• Able to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities, as well as proactively identify and resolve problems.~crlf~• Project management skills desired.~crlf~• Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.~crlf~
