As part of Protection and Resilience team, the Group Outsourcing officer is responsible for defining and maintaining the set-up of Outsourcing and ensure its implementation within Allianz Partners in compliance to Allianz corporate and local rules. ~crlf~The Group Outsourcing Officer interacts with Group Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Allianz Partners entities across our OE and with Allianz SE.

##Responsible for developing Allianz Partners Group outsourcing strategy, policies and procedures of outsourcing management in compliance with Allianz Group standards including:~crlf~##Drafting and updating guidelines for implementing and conducting the Outsourcing process in line with the Allianz Partners Group policy, where necessary (e.g through provision of manuals, templates, trainings)~crlf~##Monitoring Outsourcing BU's implementation of the Allianz Partners policy (e.g conducting self-assessments and on-site reviews), identifying material gaps, informing relevant Functions about these gaps and following-up on their timely remediation, ~crlf~##Monitoring the Company and Sub-Group BU's adherence to Group Outsourcing policy and LOP,~crlf~##Consolidating local Outsourcing inventories into Sub-Group repository in Allianz Group tool (ORGS)~crlf~##Collecting and providing the relevant information from and to the relevant orgaizational units to provide to the BoM with relevant information on outsourcing in the Group as well as to fulfill Group regulatory reporting requirements~crlf~##Performing ad-hoc reporting requests in order to test effectiveness of BUs inventory maintenance or in preparation for external or regulatory audit~crlf~

Technical Skills~crlf~##Sound knowledge of AWP's products and services~crlf~##Ability to analyse financial reports, create profitability analyses and help to develop mitigation plans under supervision~crlf~##Proficiency regarding insurance regulations (e.g. group insurance contracts)~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills~crlf~##Provide presentations with professional look and feel~crlf~##Independently follow-up with stakeholders to aid in solution development~crlf~ ~crlf~Required Experience~crlf~##3+ years work experience in outsourcing, consulting, auditing or vendor management~crlf~##Project management experience~crlf~##Experience with Bank & Insurance market or Finance industries~crlf~##Ablility to interact with senior level management~crlf~##Familiarity with risk management theory and experience applying risk management concepts~crlf~ ~crlf~Required Education / Certifications~crlf~##University degree (Bachelor or Master Degree)~crlf~##Good level of French and English - both spoken and written ~crlf~
