Within Allianz Partners, Group Operations manages operations for travel insurance and assistance business, across 35 local platforms and 6 global platforms, called Global Competence Centers. Allianz Partners operations is comprised of 9,000+ staff around the world. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Group Operations aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and developing Customer centricity, by driving best practices sharing programs and defining business strategies and target models and process for the Business Units.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Digital team at Group Operations is specifically responsible for the design and set-up of Operations for innovations and global digital products, in collaboration with experts of the Lines of Business at global and local level:~crlf~##Fostering the digitalization of our core processes ~crlf~##Supporting the launch of digital products worldwide~crlf~##Working in collaboration with IT/Development teams, using Agile methodology, to speed up the go to market. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Examples of key digital solutions that were recently deployed by the team:~crlf~##Digital Claims web-portal for end customers~crlf~##Roadside assistance web applications~crlf~##Virtual assistants and intelligent desktop using Artificial Intelligence~crlf~##Smart automation of back office leveraging advanced text analytics. ~crlf~ ~crlf~This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly international and dynamic team to develop innovative and digital solutions to meet customers’ needs and improve business processes.

You will be reporting to the Digital Team Lead. As a member of a team working in close collaboration with our Business Units (BU) all over the world, you will gain a solid experience in an international and multicultural environment. You will also interact on a regular basis with different functions within Allianz Partners (e.g. Market Management, Innovation, Sales, IT, etc.) and also within Allianz Group (Global Digital Factory, Allianz X, etc.)~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be responsible for:~crlf~##Driving end-to-end Digital projects, from a business/process perspective~crlf~##Designing new digital model/process for Operations~crlf~##Assessing digital priorities to increase quality and productivity and build roadmap accordingly~crlf~##Supporting the Business Units / COOs during the implementation of digital initiatives~crlf~##Building Business case and cost benefit analysis for Proof of Concepts or Pilots~crlf~##Participating in innovation workshops and conferences ~crlf~

Profile preferred qualifications~crlf~##Passion and drive in Digital & Innovation~crlf~##Experience in Business Process Improvement~crlf~##Experience in Digital project management~crlf~##Ability to work in a matrix mode with different functions (Sales, Market Management, Innovation, IT, etc.)~crlf~##Solid analytical, synthetical and problem solving skills~crlf~##Ability to produce high quality deliverables, attention to detail~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functional teams~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where ability to react and handle short-notice requests is expected~crlf~ ~crlf~ ~crlf~Profile key requirements~crlf~ ~crlf~##Master degree in business, operations, project management or related field~crlf~##At least 3 years of professional experience within a Digital/Operation/Business Process Improvement function~crlf~##English writing and speaking proficiency a minimum requirement – A second language would be a plus ~crlf~(German, French, Spanish, Italian)~crlf~##Solid computer skills: MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, etc.~crlf~
