Within Global Organizational Management, the WFM area aims to harmonize the WFM methodologies and controls across all Business Units and all Lines of Business, steering higher productivity performance. ~crlf~ ~crlf~To achieve this, the Global WFM Project Manager will contribute in implementing global volume forecast and sizing tools and guidelines, reinforce scheduling and real time controls, and be in frequent liaison with Business Units to oversee local WFM practices. The Global WFM wil also be represented in relevant global office circles and participate in planning and controlling activities.~crlf~ ~crlf~Future Challenges~crlf~With stronger focus on globalization, AzP aims to steer WFM from a central perspective and with global methodologies. The implementation of digital transformation solutions will represent a challenge for the AzP Operational centers to timely plan the impact of digitalization in WFM planning, and adapt the skillsets needed in the platforms.

##Support methodology definition / Implementation~crlf~ - Based on the initial guidelines review/define the methodology to be applied to the group~crlf~ - Support/drive technical discussion to define target process, KPI and Target~crlf~ - Support your own region on the implementation of the methodology~crlf~ ~crlf~##Collect requirements from different Bu’s ~crlf~ - Contact BU’s via conference call to align major needs / understand issues / opportunities~crlf~ - Define strategy for development to better support the BU’s needs aligned with the Simplicity Strategy~crlf~ - Define/describe requirements in alignment with the TOM~crlf~ ~crlf~##Lead Verint/CCI roll-out for each BU~crlf~ - Understand /Support the global roll-out for CCI and Verint tools across Bus ~crlf~ - Liase with IT on the set-up of CCI ensuring all WFM KPI such as not ready codes, thresholds, phone statuses, skills and formulas are properly setup~crlf~ - Liase with IT/Operation on the set-up of Verint ensuring Organization set-up, adherence, reporting modules, and scheduling parameters are properly set-up~crlf~ - Ensure that both Verint and CCI are integrated ensuring accuracy of the data~crlf~ ~crlf~##Lead the data collection and performance management process for the operation~crlf~ - Perform due diligence with formulas and thresholds that are set~crlf~ - Automate data collection with 100% accuracy~crlf~ - Communicate with operation regarding performance with a structured approach~crlf~ - Ensure continuous progress towards the goal set for each WFM KPI~crlf~ ~crlf~##Lead the implementation of the command centers~crlf~ - Define requirements for dashboards, including content , purpose and hardware (screens, controlling tools)~crlf~ - Define requirement for global monitoring / regional monitoring dashboards~crlf~ - Support IT / Allianz Technology with the business requirements and monitoring implementation plans.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Cooperate closely with others HQ departments such as Operations, Group IT, Finance, etc during the simplicity program ~crlf~
