•As a member of the Senior Management team, define, manage and control the financial ,legal, compliance and risk activities of AzP Greater China. The position includes responsibility for Finance &Accounting, risk and Legal & Compliance areas.~crlf~•Provide the Greater China Business Unit CEO with the appropriate Strategic financial input for accurate decision making across the business, as well as the detailed financial assessments and information which will ensure planning and budgeting activities meet Company goals.~crlf~•The role consists in defining and implementing financial policies in areas such as budgeting, cash flow management, planning & forecasting, monthly financial reporting, risk control, procedures & controls, according to the standards required by local regulatory authorities.~crlf~•Ensure that the Greater China Business Unit meets the Group & Regional expectations (submission deadlines, quarterly business review content…etc…).

•Provide strategic management advice and assistance to the CEO and the Senior Management Team on all aspects of financial performance and financial management, risk management with particular emphasis on the implications of business decisions.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and financial information in order to appraise operational results in terms of performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Manage the detailed preparation of financial budgets and strategic plans for the business ensuring they are well founded and prepared in line with group/region policies and timetables.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Develop and manage all internal reporting requirements on time and to meet expectations of AzP Group and APAC Region.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Formally communicate the Finance policies to the relevant stakeholders within the Company.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Co-ordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Business Unit to ensure strict adherence to the Group and Region Reporting requirements and long range plans.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Provide “ad hoc” business plans and business cases as requested by CEO and CSO in order to serve the accelerated growth Strategy of the Company.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~. In collaboration with the CEO, drive organizational profits and results through cutting edge profit improvement opportunities.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Take responsibilities of Corporate legal issues, especially focused on insurance business, to ensure organization’s current or proposed activities and policies comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and to protect the organization’s legal and business interests to the best advantages within legal requirement.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Review and perform a variety of legal activities in accordance with the established standards of CBIRC, both policies and procedures, to ensure a compliant business development. ~crlf~~crlf~•Advise business to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Allianz policies as part of its global business, design and build up compliance control framework and process~crlf~~crlf~•Responsible and accountable for managing the implementation of Risk Management Framework in Greater China and identify the risk exposures in operational areas or other functions~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•In close collaboration with the CEO, provide high quality strategic advice and financial analysis around key projects such as future external acquisitions, new business lines…etc…~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

•Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in a Management Accounting / Financial Controller/ CFO role. Insurance company experience is preferred.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•High level exposure in international working environment~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•High level experience in developing reports reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and financial results~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•High level experience in managing risk and compliance~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Ability to interpret high level statistical and accounting information and offer commercially savvy advice on that basis.~crlf~~crlf~•MBA or Finance Accounting degree with 10-15+ years relevant experience, CPA is preferred.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~•Academic background in insurance is a plus~crlf~~crlf~
