Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to the Chief Transformation Officer

Allianz Partners has launched an overall transformation program evolving its business model to a fully verticalized, global company with 4 LoBs and a functional organization, aiming at world-class competitiveness, lead by the Chief Transformation Officer. ~crlf~Your core task will be to support the AzP CTO in his day-to-day work incl. reprensentation and liaising with other top managers. In this role, you will also lead and coordinate strategic/ transformation projects, including project management, research and analysis. You have the unique opportunity to closely work with the members of the board and other key stakeholders. In your role, you will get top-management insights and serve as communication interface to various stakeholders in- and outside the Group. ~crlf~The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to both Group-level and regional/ local senior management, and to be at the front-line of new business developments within Allianz, thus opening various international career steps.

##Represent the CTO and liaise with other top managers (incl. Board of Management, functional owners, Group centers)~crlf~##Actively participate in transformation and strategic projects / initiatives as directed by the CTO, drive analysis on transformation and strategic topics~crlf~~crlf~##Draw attention / alert the CTO to the priority changes, upcoming topics, risks; Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all dealings with CTO and Board of Management~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~##Provide effective support to your manager in preparing high quality documents (internal and external presentations, briefings, reports, ...); Proactively pre-screen and review relevant documents and presentations received, summarising issues and providing feedback~crlf~##Foster strong working relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders~crlf~
