Customer Lab Manager (m/f)
The Strategic Market Management team is looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded Customer Lab Manager to join the team. The Customer Lab Manager will be responsible for scaling the Customer Lab initiative across Allianz Partners, supporting all stakeholders in understanding consumer insights, and ensuring the business thinks customer first and uses consumer data for all decision making. This role requires developing a holistic understanding of the business to effectively support Lines of Business, Business Units , New Models, Global Partnerships and Markets, B2C in their day to day challenges by providing them the most relevant insights and data from the Customer Lab database.
##Develop a thorough understanding of ecosystems, LoB and products and surface relevant consumer insights from the Customer Lab database that will help further understanding of the consumer challenges ~crlf~##Own the activation of the Customer Lab initiative by providing ongoing and ad-hoc actionable insights on how consumers engage within ecosystems to Lob, BU, New Models, Global Partnerships and Markets, B2C and other central teams where relevant, to support their business challenges~crlf~##Input in international tenders, providing support and relevant data to sales team in order to develop commercial proposals~crlf~##Own the roll out of the Customer Lab study in further 8 markets, ensuring operational implementation with external research partner~crlf~##Ensure the integration of the new set of data into the data tool~crlf~##Ensure IT developments and access of the data tool to all relevant audiences internally, thus liaising with external providers and internal IT teams to ensure a smooth roll out, accessibility and maintenance of the database~crlf~##Organize data tool trainings and ongoing support to colleagues who would like to be onboarded into the Customer Lab database, ensure correct usage and activation of the Customer Lab insights~crlf~##Socialize consumer insights from the Customer Lab across the organization to multiple audiences, via webinars, analysis sharing, internal communications, and any other means to ensure our business connects with its customers at all times~crlf~##Support teams with ad hoc qualitative & quantitative research, via sourcing of research partners and support in the brief definition & study implementation~crlf~##Scale the Customer Lab, integrating a design thinking proposition (internally / externally for partners), repository of analyses, consumer mega trends~crlf~
