You'll take the lead in administering our customer relationship management database~crlf~and other sales tools. You'll also support our Richmond, VA sales team with a variety of reports and analyses. In~crlf~addition, here's what you can expect:

A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~You’ll provide analysis and reporting support with responsibilities such as:~crlf~## Compiling, distributing and automating sales performance, lead and pipeline reports and dashboards~crlf~## Assisting with monitoring and reporting sales-related data, highlighting trends and analyzing variances~crlf~## Preparing and presenting prospect and account data on growth and sales opportunities~crlf~## Providing accurate data to assist in responding to RFPs and other requests, including ad hoc project work~crlf~and analytics~crlf~## You'll also serve as our primary system administrator for and other sales tools. You'll:~crlf~Handle basic administrative functions: user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and~crlf~other routine tasks~crlf~## Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and evaluate the breadth~crlf~of sales tools available to determine potential solutions to business challenges~crlf~## Work with internal colleagues to establish processes, reports, and tools that support our business~crlf~domestically and regionally~crlf~## Assist in training new users and help develop our users’ skills~crlf~## Continually improve the functionality of the tools and recommend enhancements~crlf~## Create and maintain our database of Power Point slides used for RFP responses~crlf~## Complete Client Parameters Documents for new and renewing partners~crlf~## Participate in partner meetings, business reviews and roadmap discussions~crlf~## You'll also perform other duties as assigned and need to have regular, predictable, reliable attendance.~crlf~

WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## Strong data analysis and management abilities~crlf~## Able to understand and articulate complex requirements and solve complex data and analytical~crlf~problems/challenges~crlf~## Able to present data in multiple mediums and ways~crlf~Experience with administration is preferred~crlf~## Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel~crlf~## Helpful: Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is preferred~crlf~
