You’ll have your finger on the project from beginning to end—documenting requirements, defining the scope and objectives, and formulating systems that parallel our business strategies. In addition, here’s what you can expect: ~crlf~~crlf~A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~## Use advanced knowledge of technology and business processes to identify opportunities to further leverage the technology within the business.~crlf~## Participate in scoping corporate project requests and assist the project manager in completing CPO templates.~crlf~## Manage the requirements process for high-risk corporate projects—managing requirement sessions and drawing out requirements, documenting business and functional requirements, and facilitating the requirements review and approval.~crlf~## Develop and gain approval of the SDLC documentation and serve as the subject matter expert on the SDLC process.~crlf~## Manage the change control process for assigned projects.~crlf~## Review requirements and specifications, test documentation, implementation, support, training and maintenance plans to ensure they align with the project’s business objectives.~crlf~## Identify opportunities for process/procedure improvement within the team.~crlf~## Assist in resolving QA defects, in supporting the project rollout, as well as helping manage enhancement queue requests—rotations for triage, scoping and eliciting requirements.~crlf~## Actively participate as a mentor in the team’s mentoring program.~crlf~~crlf~You'll also perform other duties as assigned and need to have regular, predictable, reliable attendance.~crlf~

WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~## Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline~crlf~## 5 to 7 years' experience supporting projects related to process improvement~crlf~## Experience in an insurance or call center environment preferred~crlf~## PC Skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel~crlf~## High level of computer literacy and knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM~crlf~~crlf~
