This HR Organizational Design Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of HR Operations in key Organizational Design initiatives, such as TOM implementation, Organization Streamlining, and Strategic Workforce Management. This person will help drive projects on a global level across multiple regions and countries to improve organizational health and agility.

##Manage FTE tracking process across all functions and BUs~crlf~##Work with local and regional CEOs to ensure Target Operating Model (TOM) fulfillment~crlf~##Support implementation of Organizational Streamlining initiative, through the controlling of layers of management and span of control in the organization~crlf~##Work with Functional Head / Board Members implementation of the various strategic projects within their functions / Line of Business~crlf~##Help drive Strategic Workforce Management projects at the Global / Functional, Regional and Local level~crlf~##Work very closely with the HR colleagues in the local BUs to address issues or inability to comply to Norms on TOM / Organization Streamlining etc.~crlf~##Ensure and check quality of HR data for use in different OD activities~crlf~

##Freshers / 2+ years’ experience related to successful delivery of complex projects for large global organizations ~crlf~##BA/BS degree in Business, HR Management, or related, Qualification in Analytics would also be preferred ~crlf~##Fluent in English with very strong verbal and written skills~crlf~##Strong sense of responsibility, ability to drive complex projects, multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to details~crlf~##Experience of working in a complex environment, managing transformation projects~crlf~##Excellent analytical skills~crlf~##Advanced Excel skills~crlf~##Every keen eye for detail~crlf~##Use general office application tools e.g. Power Point, Word.~crlf~
