Systems Analyst Specialist - Security Monitoring

Allianz Life is creating a role working with our Security and Monitoring platforms that will provide direct support and management of services for the Security and Monitoring capability. An individual in this role will act as the liaison between Allianz Life’s internal customers and management teams and our outsourcing partners responsible for delivering systems support services. ~crlf~Key Responsibilities

• Manages application software, application infrastructure and third party application environments in the Security and Monitoring capability. This includes partnering with vendors on software installation, upgrades and patches, tuning, creating links and interfaces between systems, developing application-specific security, performance monitoring and troubleshooting~crlf~• Performs complex diagnosis of problems, providing solutions within area of responsibility, and/or through consulting with vendor team members; coordinates implementation of fixes and enhancements~crlf~• Assists leadership in creating and managing strategic capability roadmaps, including assessing and recommending system, solution and technical environment improvements to ensure a viable, stable and resilient technical solution for customers~crlf~• Serves as a subject matter expert for the Security and Monitoring portfolio~crlf~• Collaborates with the fast paced development team and architects, understands business requirements, technical changes and supports the outsourcing partner team in ongoing maintenance and enhancements~crlf~• Translates business requirements for projects and assessments into technical specifications, conceptual solutions and/or designs~crlf~• Drives triage and diagnosis for high visibility incidents with vendor partners and communicates updates to Allianz leadership~crlf~• Responds to critical issues during off hours when necessary~crlf~~crlf~

QUALIFICATIONS~crlf~• Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to communicate and work with all levels within the organization~crlf~• Must be able to coordinate and facilitate technical meetings with multiple vendors and stakeholders~crlf~• Must be self-starter, maintain skill set; aptitude to evaluate and become proficient in new technologies, processes and skills~crlf~REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE~crlf~• 8+ years of experience providing production application support~crlf~• Experience working with onshore and offshore vendor teams~crlf~• Experience with identity/access management, application monitoring, and/or security vulnerability management applications in a development/support capacity~crlf~~crlf~EDUCATION~crlf~* Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, specialized training or equivalent work experience.~crlf~
