    Overview:~crlf~~crlf~• 5 years of Agile coaching experience~crlf~• Assist in defining/refining an Agile strategy~crlf~• Coaching through change and experience with Agile Transformation~crlf~• Leading by influence and executive communication~crlf~~crlf~Job Description:~crlf~~crlf~Work collaboratively with leadership to develop, update, and implement the Agile strategy. Promote and support the implementation of Agile across teams and the organization. Provide training and guidance on Agile principles and best practices to Agile teams and leadership. Lead the formation of new Agile teams by educating team members, establishing norms and guiding application of Agile methods in each team's unique environment. Collaborate with teams, product owners and key stakeholders to support successful completion of initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Train new and existing Agile teams on principles and best practices.~crlf~• Support the formation of new Agile teams through training, establishment of norms and coaching throughout projects.~crlf~• Identify new opportunities to implement Agile, and champion adoption efforts.~crlf~• Implement Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization.~crlf~• Participate in the development and updating of the Agile strategy and Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organization impediments impacting implementation of the strategy.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Experience:~crlf~• 5+ Years experience required: Experience and hands on application of coaching teams in Agile adoption in a mid to large sized organization with 500+ employees/contractors. Demonstrated strong knowledge and background of Agile concepts. Organizational change management and communication experience. ~crlf~• 6-7 Years experience preferred: Prior experience as an Agile coach preferred with experience Coaching in a large financial services organization with 500 or more employees and contractors~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~• Four-year degree required: Four year degree in related field~crlf~• Advanced degree preferred~crlf~Licenses/Certifications/Other~crlf~• Certified Agile Coach, CSM, and CPO preferred
