The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Digital Insights will provide leadership over the development of the marketing data management and analytics capability for Allianz Life, in partnership with the business areas. This role will develop data analytics that are relevant and consumable by business partners that supports lead generation, segmentation and targeting strategies, measurement of campaign program, among opportunities to help support Allianz Life growth. Responsible for developing an analytics team that can deliver the analytics and partner with other analytics teams (working on the same business goal) in the company to support the business.

Lead the development and implementation of the marketing data management and analytics roadmap in partnership with the business area, and with other analytics teams involved in similar projects to support business goals. Understanding and alignment with business on business needs and relevance of use case, coordination with business on resources and activities, measurement of results/KPIs, and actionable next steps. The road map should drive specific business outcomes (e.g. improvements in productivity, effectiveness, producer retention). Reporting and effective communication of outcomes and metrics/KPIs is also a requirement.~crlf~~crlf~Responsible for the ongoing execution of producer (financial professional) and consumer segmentation, ensuring the continued enhancement and development of models. Partner with resources across the marketing, distribution, finance, and others to ensure optimized use of segmentation framework where it can be helpful in driving activity that can result in sales, and measure outcomes.~crlf~~crlf~Develop, implement and maintain omnichannel campaign analytics process and framework for measuring and optimizing marketing and distribution budgets and resources. Build standardized campaign design, testing, analysis and reporting processes and integrate into overall marketing planning process, ensuring analytics insights are proactively used in the identification and development of marketing strategies.~crlf~~crlf~Provide leadership and development to Digital Insights and Analytics teams.~crlf~

4+ years’ experience required: Successful experience with data analytics being applied to help drive business strategies/campaigns in partnership with business areas.~crlf~Demonstrated business sense. Active knowledge of the MS~crlf~Office and various other business applications (knowledge of analytical applications such as SQL, COGNOS, SPPS, Tableau and SAS is highly desirable). ~crlf~Experience implementing or working with Data.~crlf~Four-year degree required; advanced degreed preferred~crlf~
