**1 of 3 open positions**~crlf~~crlf~Internal Sales Consultant for fixed and fixed indexed annuities. Provides consultative sales services via regionally based 800 line, primarily inbound. The Internal Sales Consultant will influence independent agents and producers to write Allianz business with objective of attaining regionally based sales targets through emphasis on focus firms in each respective region. Sales efforts are aligned to national sales targets. Once proficient in role, the ISC I will demonstrate initiative and decision making. This role directly impacts Allianz Life's top line growth.

Sales Consulting:~crlf~• Utilizes knowledge of Allianz products to turn each call into an opportunity for a sale. Questions to identify what company the caller is selling for and position Allianz products against the competition. Utilizes existing marketing materials to promote Allianz products, including Allianz's value added programs.~crlf~• Meets and exceeds key performance benchmarks with an emphasis on attainment of sales goals.~crlf~• Utilizes databases and other data collection methods to track producer production levels on current and proposed sales activity including producer feedback and comments.~crlf~• Communicate with registered representatives that are affiliated with FINRA regulated broker dealers regarding products, including variable products.~crlf~~crlf~Interaction with Division & Enterprise:~crlf~• Generates and communicates agent activity and pertinent information to Internal Sales Manager and Director of Internal Sales.~crlf~• Communicates industry trends and competitor information to Division Management Team.~crlf~• Communicates field reaction to product rollout marketing strategy and existing product marketing efforts.~crlf~• Attends regularly scheduled training meetings.~crlf~• Attends weekly sales summary and recognition meetings and frequent elite producer recognition.~crlf~

0-1 years experience required; 2-3 years experience preferred~crlf~Prior sales experience required~crlf~4 year degree required or equivalent experience~crlf~Minnesota Life License required within 30 days of employment~crlf~Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 6 and 63 registrations required within 12 months of employment~crlf~
