Provides a key role in the creation, implementation, administration, monitoring and oversight of policies, processes, standards, and technical measures, provide reasonable identification, prevention, detection, response, and recovery services in the protection and provision of reasonable assurance of the appropriate cyber security posture of information resources, systems, digital technology and information technology services maintained and operated for, and on behalf of, Allianz Life Insurance Company of America operating companies. In coordination with key stakeholders, promote the policy objectives of Allianz SE and Allianz Life Insurance Company of America as they relate to the application, operation, and governance of cyber security. Provides guidance and consultative services in the creation, implementation and operation of security technology, processes and controls requirements to ensure the appropriate cyber security posture.

• Perform monthly email Phishing tests with the employee population~crlf~• Manage security awareness training programs for new employees, developers, privilege access users and executives and provide annual cyber threat training~crlf~• Coordinate security exception process ~crlf~• Provide consultative services and oversight to projects and initiatives involving change to ensure the appropriate cyber security posture is maintained~crlf~• Lead in the development and enforcement of cyber security policies, standards and processes~crlf~• Identify and analyze cyber security risk and develop requirements, controls and tests needed to ensure the appropriate level of cyber security risk~crlf~• Utilize communication, analytic and problem resolution skills to help resolve security incidents and forensically identify gaps in security leading to the incident~crlf~• Identifies opportunities and implements continuous improvements to IT Security & Risk Management program~crlf~• Performs and participates in investigative processes and requests relating to cyber security~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~• 4-5 years experience required: 5-6 years of experience in Information Technology with 4+ years in cyber security related position. ~crlf~• Security control development and operations experience and understanding of security risk management required.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~• Four year degree in information security, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field; or specialized training or equivalent work experience.~crlf~• CISSP certification desired but not required~crlf~
