Manages small to mid-size projects that typically affect one functional area but may cross several functional areas, systems and product lines. The PM has some latitude for independent decisions.

Essential Job Functions:~crlf~• Deliver projects on time and within budget, which meet strategic and business requirements.~crlf~• Create and maintain the Project Team Working Agreement (TWA) and detailed project schedule.~crlf~o Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks. ~crlf~o Understand the value and benefits of why the project is needed. ~crlf~o Formulate and document the scope, impacts and objectives of the project.~crlf~o Prepare high level estimates (time, resources, cost) as needed. Identify skills needed and work with functional managers to assure complete and appropriate resourcing. ~crlf~o Perform project schedule analysis to identify critical path and resource issues. ~crlf~~crlf~• Create a comprehensive communication plan that includes both internal and external project communication documents, meetings, and reporting requirements.~crlf~o Manage the project(s) from initiation through delivery, warranty and closure. ~crlf~o Collect and report on plan-to-actual progress to the project schedule, at individual project task and overall project levels. ~crlf~o Manage project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decisions, action items and other communications.~crlf~o Plan and manage successful change implementation, including standard operating procedures, change communication and any organizational change efforts introduced by the project and ensure post production changes are sustainable and work properly. ~crlf~o Manage the project budget.~crlf~o Identify risks and issues; drive risks and issues to resolution.~crlf~o Assure compliance with company project management policies and standards. ~crlf~o Build relationships with project stakeholders, including project sponsor and executive sponsor to ensure meeting customer expectations and continue to refine and manage to those expectations through the life of the project. ~crlf~o Proactively monitor changes to scope, schedule budget, etc. while minimizing impacts.~crlf~~crlf~• Integrate best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics to assess progress into projects and provide feedback for improvement.~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~• 2+ years: Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for IT Projects, PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle), and agile delivery methodology.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~• Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience.~crlf~~crlf~Licenses/Certifications/Other~crlf~• CSM preferred~crlf~• CAPM or PMP Certification preferred~crlf~~crlf~
