HR Intern - Analytics Project Coordinator
The HR Intern will assist in the implementation of projects supporting the HR Operations, Analytics, and Talent Acquisition functions. Key tasks include meeting coordination and facilitation, project schedule management, creation of process documentation, change management and additional project support tasks as assigned.
- Manage all business project deliverables and activities to completion; these include: project scope, schedule, stakeholder communications, business requirements, business readiness planning, and change management.~crlf~~crlf~- Process improvement/design, lean, six sigma~crlf~~crlf~- Create business process documentation and standard operating procedures for new/updated business processes~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Prepare regular status reporting on plan-to-actual progress to the project schedule for individual tasks, milestones and deliverables. Identify risks and issues, and work with partners in driving them to resolution ~crlf~- Align with project stakeholders on a plan to support the development and execution of communication, change management and training strategies to ensure a smooth transition from project state to business as usual~crlf~- Other duties as assigned~crlf~
