As a Director, HR Business Partner (individual contributor), you will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders to promote organizational effectiveness and talent engagement strategies with an emphasis on providing support to leaders to build, lead and develop a diverse, high performing team. The Director, HR Business Partner partners with the business on core people strategies and solutions as well as essential people topics such as; engagement strategies, leadership / career development initiatives, performance management, compensation strategies and solutions, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, and talent attraction and retention strategies. Additionally, the Director, HR Business Partner creates and executes the overall HR strategy for the business units they support ensuring a high-performing and highly engaged culture.

* Execute long-range growth planning that impacts the engagement, performance, leadership development and retention of our workforce; Collaborate with leaders to understand and against the capabilities needed to provide business objectives and support overall goals; strongly collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence and senior business leaders to build and executive timeline, effective, and scalable people programs and processes which support the business. Execute the long-term vision for important talent programs that consistently improve effectiveness and help the business achieve it's goals.~crlf~* Strategic partner to business leaders providing input and guidance on core people strategies, solutions and critical people topics; promote design and change management programs to help maintain a motivated, motivated, and impactful team; helps drive organizational culture across leadership teams; proactively identifies opportunities for business leaders to improve team performance; leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations to the business.~crlf~* Serve as an essential resource for employees through sensing, listening, providing mentorship and directing inquires to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence; build organizational capability through the development of team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, leader and manager capability, employee engagement and foundational HR excellence.~crlf~* Work on assigned HR and business facing projects that support client groups and/or overall HR priorities; manages small, medium and large projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and proficiency; communicate to varying levels across the organization with an ability to tailor presentation style to the audience; effectively communicate complex information in easy to understand methods; navigate complex situations with poise and resiliency.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

Required:~crlf~* 8+ years’ business-facing HR experience ~crlf~* Thrive in change, is flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization~crlf~* Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight and proven creative thinking~crlf~* Proven experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth; experience working in a highly matrixed local and global organization~crlf~* Four-year degree required: Or with equivalent work experience~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~* 11+ years’ experience preferred~crlf~* Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Recruiting, Mobility, Employee Relationship, and Total Rewards~crlf~* Proven experience setting and leading complex organizational effectiveness and design initiatives as well as multi-year talent strategies~crlf~~crlf~
