• Knowledge of best practices in email, website and landing page creation (UI/UX)~crlf~• Overall design of web pages, incorporating images/graphic, using tools to create GUI's and interfaces~crlf~• Incorporate design direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders~crlf~• Actively participate in brainstorming to create the best digital presence in the market~crlf~• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards~crlf~• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps~crlf~• Ability to tackle multiple projects, while staying organized and keeping a positive upbeat personality~crlf~• Proficient in design and prototyping software such as Photoshop, Sketch or Axure~crlf~• Understanding of and experience with interactive design, including knowledge of how web, email and digital ads are built~crlf~• Create, edit or modify graphic design elements for Allianz websites~crlf~• Design and implement multimedia elements~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~• 2-3 years experience required: Creative agency or client experience in web design & development; with portfolio of work samples.~crlf~• 4-5 years experience preferred: Proven business function knowledge and business requirements analysis; With technical competencies in database administration, Foundation Architecture knowledge, IT Development, Programming Languages, Quality Principles.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~~crlf~• Four-year degree in graphic design, or related field or equivalent experience~crlf~
