Content Specialist/Sr Content Specialist - Minneapolis
Drive sales though the creation and execution of training campaigns, materials and programs. Identify opportunities to improve existing collateral. Drive proactive collaboration with~crlf~Marketing, Interactive, Distribution, Compliance and Legal. Identify and utilize new technology to create and deliver innovative content. Establish a process for the promotion of new content. Develop metrics around the content being created
Create and execute Distribution Sales Development initiatives that support and drive sales. Demonstrate excellent proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word and be willing to learn to use other tools as needed (ie, Brainshark, Articulate). Use new technology to create and innovate training content and delivery. Lead the development of training content in collaboration with a broad range of subject matter experts and clients.~crlf~Execute and manage multiple projects. Drive the creation process of training materials in collaboration with Distribution partners.~crlf~Drive communication to proactively promote training initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Compliance and Legal during the launch of new products, campaigns and materials. Requires deep technical knowledge of AZL products. Translates complex technical product information into learning material.~crlf~Coordination with Marketing on stories, blast emails, and sales material. This individual will interface with Marketing on a frequent basis and be expected to maintain strong working relationships with Marketing associates.~crlf~Coordination with our Legal and Compliance departments on changes and development of sales training material. Due to increased scrutiny by states and regulators, it is critical that~crlf~all training material be reviewed frequently and updated to reflect new regulatory guidelines. This individual must have a strong working knowledge of compliance and be able to apply~crlf~these standards consistently to all material created. Further, it is expected that this individual be able to maintain close working relations to ensure all legal and compliance guidelines are met.~crlf~
Experience:~crlf~- 4-5 years experience required: Experience would include~crlf~internal or external wholesaling or other field experience; Powerpoint experience.~crlf~- 6-7 years experience preferred: multi media production experience~crlf~~crlf~Education:~crlf~- Four-year degree required~crlf~- Advanced degree preferred~crlf~~crlf~Licenses:~crlf~~crlf~MN Life Insurance Life; FINRA Series 6, 63 and 26 either held or the ability to attain in 6 months~crlf~
