    Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments on the day-to-day audit activities. Develops the ability to identify and evaluate risk, execute audit program steps, perform routine audits, identify and communicate issues, and provide written and oral feedback relative to the engagement. Works with management in developing action plans to ensure audit risks are effectively mitigated. Develops business acumen as assigned.~crlf~~crlf~**This role is part of our mobility program designed to expand business expertise within Internal Audit as well as share risk and control knowledge across the organization.**

  • Key Responsibilities

    - Identify and evaluate risks within business processes.~crlf~- Draft audit programs to effectively test the design and operational effectiveness of the system of internal controls.~crlf~- Perform routine audit activities, as assigned.~crlf~- Identify and communicate issues.~crlf~- Provide recommendations for improvement of the internal control environment.~crlf~- Collaborate with management on the development of action plans to ensure risks are mitigated appropriately. ~crlf~- Perform issue follow-up and escalation as appropriate.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    • Four-year degree required~crlf~• 0 - 2 years experience: No specific pre-requisite~crlf~• 1 year experience preferred: Working toward CIA, CISA, CPA or CFE (or equivalent certification based on need)~crlf~• Strong written and verbal communication skills~crlf~• Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills~crlf~• Preferred skills: negotiation and ability to execute on plans
