The Head of Relationship Management is responsible for the overall business optimization by leading the relationship management team to execute strategy, growth and operating results across all distribution channels. This role is focused primarily on employee development, aligning teams to create scale and uniformity, and fostering replication of best practices. The role will leverage a deep understanding of varying business models to design sales strategies that produce expected sales results and activity levels as defined bysenior leadership. Creates a thriving, transparent, results oriented environment that demonstrates strong team performance, collaboration and a culture of accountability in support of Allianz Life initiatives.

Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a best in class relationship management team. Embraces best practices that fosters effectiveness. Communicates with staff in a compelling manner and acts as a coach. Practices continued self development. Ensures employees continually develop product knowledge, business acumen, and risk management skills.~crlf~Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Leads overall strategic direction of business optimization to ensure current and long-term profitability and growth with on-boarded business partners. Plan, prepare, and execute a goals-driven budget, which optimizes resources to achieve sales objectives.~crlf~ASA Leadership Collaboration and Resource Allocation: Establishes and maintains durable relationships/partnerships with ASAs leadership to assure proper resource allocation and amplify external firm user experience.~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~- 11+ years experience required: Minimum of 11 years sales~crlf~leadership experience.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~- Four-year degree required.~crlf~- Advanced degree preferred: CIMA, CFA, CFP or ChFC~crlf~preferred.~crlf~~crlf~Licenses/Certifications/Other:~crlf~- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 26 (or obtained within 180 days upon~crlf~hire). State insurance license for life and annuity products (or~crlf~obtain within 90 days).~crlf~
