AIM Associate - Data Quality
This role will focus on driving one of the most important change topics – the data quality management – of AIM US. As part of this, this role will have the full accountability of operationalizing and modelling the current status and designing methods, processes and a stable future target picture to increase data quality in many regions within AIM as well as working on the data quality issue backlog and implementing permanent solutions to avoid errors from happening again.
- Integrate best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress into data management project~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Works on the submitted data quality issues, implementing permanent solutions by fixing the root cause by establishing new controls, checks, and processes~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Close alignment with the business, to improve and implement processes potentially resulting in data quality issues~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Preparing data quality KPI dashboards and regular communication to Senior Management and stakeholders~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Executing data governance framework~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
- Four-year degree required~crlf~~crlf~- 4-5 years experience required~crlf~ - Industry experience related to data management in the Investment sector~crlf~- Bachelor degree required ideally in an analytical discipline~crlf~~crlf~- Formal project training and certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum/ Agile, ITIL) is considered a strong asset~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
