- At least 5 years’ experience in insurance industry as a business analyst in P&C ~crlf~- Experience in Life would be an added advantage~crlf~- Knowledge of IFRS standards and SAP will be an added advantage.~crlf~- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or similar discipline.~crlf~- Experience in insurance industry is a must~crlf~- Must have strong experience in technology and systems implementation.~crlf~- Strong project management, Agile @ Scale and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal management~crlf~- Ability to influence across multiple organizations including Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance~crlf~- Proven track record and solid experience in developing business functional solutions that has been successfully implemented on a platform.~crlf~- A highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation~crlf~- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills~crlf~~crlf~
