Reporting to the Head of Nordics, the Senior Business Developer is responsible for continuing to build Allianz Global Investors' book of business of public and private market strategies with institutional clients in the Nordic countries (primarily Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).

## In close co-operation with the Head of Nordics implement the sales strategy and work as an integral part of the Nordic sales team~crlf~## Grow the business with existing and new clients in the Nordics by selling a broad range of Allianz Global Investors' products and services~crlf~## Build strong internal networks with key stakeholders such as senior managers, product specialists, portfolio managers and sales support teams~crlf~## Act as a conduit into investments for clients, focusing on matching clients’ investment needs to suitable proposition and product sets~crlf~~crlf~## You will be responsible for analyzing your clients’ needs and coordinating existing services and offerings ## Integrate sector-specific know-how in sales activities and product development to ensure that information about current market trends, competitors’ strategies and developments are kept updated~crlf~## You will work on strategies to acquire profitable new investment business, develop plans and proposals to enhance return on assets and give advice as to how Allianz Global Investors’ products should be positioned and presented to clients in the Nordic market~crlf~## Overall strengthen the Allianz Global Investors brand in the Nordic countries by leveraging good practice from other European countries.~crlf~~crlf~

## A university or equivalent degree in business administration, economics or mathematics or min ~crlf~## 5-7 years of work experience in an institutional business development environment~crlf~## Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to sell; creativity identify business opportunities, initiate contact and close new business ~crlf~## You should have a thorough understanding of investment markets and associated products across the broad spectrum of investment strategies ranging from public to private markets available to institutional clients within the Nordic Region~crlf~## The ability to understand and explain investment processes of institutional strategies~crlf~## Languages: English and at least one (or more) of the Nordic languages~crlf~## Ideally proven success in a remote management set-up and an international working environment Advanced computer literacy in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)~crlf~## Experiences with CRM software (Salesforce) would be a plus. ~crlf~
