IT Service Delivery Analyst

AllianzGI are executing a series of global change initiatives driving towards unifying and harmonizing the technology landscape. ~crlf~~crlf~We are currently looking to hire a London-based Analyst for the new IT Service Delivery group. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills as there must be proactive engagement with IT and business groups across US, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. ~crlf~~crlf~This group will be responsible for ensuring all IT services are introduced into and maintained in the production environment, meeting all business requirements.
## Ensure high service delivery for in scope IT services ~crlf~## Building and maintaining core stakeholder relationships within the IT functions or business teams, where assigned~crlf~## Own and execute the IT Change Management process including reviewing change requests, service requests, post-implementation reviews, and run weekly CAB meetings~crlf~## Support key processes, for example Major Incident Management and Problem Management~crlf~## Regularly communicate the status of issues and/or projects with other IT functions and business teams through IT bulletins, regularly scheduled meetings, and other methods as determined by the team~crlf~## Own and execute IT Service Transition process including the implementation of all non-functional requirements (i.e. monitoring, HW, SW, job scheduling, logging, etc.) for assigned services, including documentation, handover, and possibly training~crlf~## Support development and documentation of ITIL processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained across all assigned services and support objectives are met ~crlf~## Champion and promote an IT service culture within IT and with business users~crlf~## Participate in IT project teams as assigned to ensure operational readiness before Go Live~crlf~## Ensure in-scope global standards and controls are in place and enforced within IT and by our vendors~crlf~## Support our drive to optimize our support processes, improve our applications, and to create a One Team approach across all of IT~crlf~## Be part of a global team with a follow the sun support model, offering transparency, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.~crlf~~crlf~
## Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience ~crlf~## Computer Science/Math/Science/Engineering background a plus. ~crlf~## A number of years experience in Level 2 support for infrastructure and applications in a distributed environment~crlf~## Experience with IT Service Management tools, ServiceNow experience a must~crlf~## Experience with IT monitoring tools, preferably Solarwinds~crlf~## Experience working with ITIL processes, ITIL Certification preferred~crlf~## Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including network and server technologies~crlf~## Fluent in English, both written and spoken ~crlf~## International, culturally sensitive mindset~crlf~## Experience within the Financial Service industry and trading systems technology preferred ~crlf~## Excellent communication skills in an International matrix structure.~crlf~~crlf~
