We are currently seeking an Account Manager in the Sub Advisory team to manage the relationship with key stakeholders at AllianzGI and our strategic partner in research, product, sales, marketing, compliance, operations and various other departments to foster asset retention and growth. ~crlf~~crlf~Role & Responsibilities"~crlf~## AllianzGI Central Relationship Function. Team member for the group that is the single AllianzGI point of contact for the relationship. Maintain relationships with all key functions at AllianzGI and the client (product, sales, marketing, compliance, etc.), and serve as the single “voice of AllianzGI” from a client facing and AllianzGI facing perspective.~crlf~## Portfolio Due Diligence/Investment Oversight. Assist with managing relationship with the client’s home office to keep them updated on AllianzGI portfolio management and performance matters. Host regular (quarterly) portfolio review calls and “onsite” due diligence meetings where necessary/required. Primary coordination responsibility with key client contacts in product management (or other areas deemed to have responsibility for investment oversight function. Coordinate and host annual onsite due diligence meetings as normally required with sub advisory relationships.~crlf~## Fund Board. Prepare and participate in client fund board meetings with portfolio managers. Coordinate board preparation for AllianzGI strategies, in connection with portfolio managers and various other AllianzGI functions. ~crlf~## Investment Sales Training. Primary responsibility for sales training. Work with AllianzGI product specialists, RiskLab, marketing and external business developer team to create product training curriculum. Goal is to foster among the external business developers a deep working knowledge of AllianzGI strategies to build and preserve fluency. Coordinate with the client’s sales management to develop priorities and execute training programs for various client facing teams, including national account as well as external and internal sales. ~crlf~## Marketing. Develop and implement a marketing plan in connection with AllianzGI and the client’s marketing teams. Coordinate product/strategy campaigns and roadshows. Maintain detailed plan identifying product focus, key deliverables, dates, etc. Regularly review with marketing teams and update as needed.~crlf~## Product Development. Serve as primary contact for product teams. Work with product teams at AllianzGI and the client to develop new product ideas, including ETF’s and closed end funds. Coordinate all necessary efforts for product launches and ongoing management. ~crlf~## “Deliver the Firm”. Leverage extensive firm resources to help deliver value to the client, including RiskLab, product specialists, economists and various other resources.~crlf~## Ongoing Client Service. Coordinate day to day client needs with relevant internal departments at AllianzGI~crlf~
