    We are seeking to recruit a Investment Portfolio Compliance - Lead Guideline Management Back Office who has experience with / knowledge of European regulatory and contractual guidelines, new products initiatives, and compliance system MIG21.~crlf~In this role, you will report to / work closely with Compliance Architecture & Data team, Guideline Surveillance and Investment Portfolio Compliance US and AP team. The role will be based either in Frankfurt or London.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Leading the Investment Portfolio Compliance Guideline Management Back Office team to provide effective, efficient, high quality and proactive investment compliance rule coding services that address both business and regulatory requirements and ensure efficient and effectiv Compliance processes. ~crlf~## Leading Investment Portffolio Compliance Guideline Management team Back Office both functionally and as a line manager and also take significant active part in the daily project work of the team ~crlf~## Regulatory and contractual rule implementation of investment guidelines in Back Office Compliance System: MIG21 and Broadridge (Sec lending)~crlf~## Ensure investment guideline/mandate client, regulatory and internal investment portfolio compliance implementation~crlf~## Oversight and managing of team resources efficiently to provide excellent customer service support for both internal and external customers in a timely, efficient and quality manner ~crlf~## Steering team resources to ensure coding tasks and projects are executed in an effective, efficient and service-oriented ways. This includes delivering excellent services within budget, quality and on time~crlf~## Support leadership team to provide strategic direction for the compliance program by analyzing trends, identifying root causes and recommending enhancements to automation and operational inefficiencies.~crlf~## Participating in company projects and analysing the impact on investment compliance as a whole, proposing solutions, and implementing any necessary systems or process changes.~crlf~## Managing Compliance work streams as a whole in company wide projects~crlf~## Participate in client DD meetings and prospect sales meetings and manage/participate in internal & external audits

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ## Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance or related subjects, affinity with numbers, financials & corporate governance~crlf~## Experience in project management~crlf~## Significant practical experience of at least one industry recognized compliance monitoring system ie Charles River, Bloomberg, Aladdin, Sentinel, Thinkfolio, MIG21 etc ~crlf~## Fluency in English in writing and verbally~crlf~## Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary/international teams
