Working Student (m/f/d) in HR Rewards & Performance / Talent & Development
At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers. The Rewards & Performance team within HR ensures that local processes are run in compliance with global guidelines. The Talent & Development Team supports the employees in unleashing their full potential.~crlf~We are looking for a very motivated individual with focus on HR to support our expert teams (Rewards & Performance, Talent & Development) based in Munich.
In this role you will:~crlf~##Support the annual Performance Management process~crlf~##Act as main contact for all system related activities (based on SuccessFactors)~crlf~##Participate in regional/global calls related to Rewards & Performance and Talent Management topics~crlf~##Support in projects where you will have the opportunity to take over subtasks~crlf~##Support the HR team with various operational tasks, as required~crlf~##Manage and translate all relevant communications (e.g. newsletter, training invitations) in German language~crlf~
##Currently studying Business Administration or equivalent, ideally with a major in HR~crlf~##Previous experience in Human Resources (e.g. internship) would be a plus~crlf~##Business fluent in English and German (reading and writing)~crlf~##High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently~crlf~##Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment~crlf~##Confidence in working with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally experience with SuccessFactors~crlf~
