Our ambition is to deliver a high-level quality service to our stakeholders and clients, strengthen technical excellence of our employees and act as a key player in business development opportunities.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich and reporting directly to the Head of Global Business Operations Purpose, you will be managing the service delivered by the Global Business Operations (GBO) team located in India and Mauritius, in charge of all near-shored and off-shored Finance processes for European countries: accounts receivables and payables handling, transactional accounting, and accounts queries management.

In this role you will…~crlf~##Indirectly manage and supervise GBO global delivery centers (India, Mauritius) as required in the context of project delivery and/or process change implementation and/or managing data quality. ~crlf~##Monitor priorities and targets achievements with GBO Finance teams on accounts receivables, transactional accounting and accounts queries.~crlf~##Manage relationship between GBO Finance and Finance Operations teams: follow-up on action plans, quality of service, cross-collaboration on projects involving Finance representatives.~crlf~##Ensure proper implementation of SLA requirements and enable proper set-up of KPI reporting, in close alignment and collaboration with internal AGCS customers and GBO Finance unit.~crlf~##Implement end-to-end near-shoring and offshoring opportunities by taking the identified opportunities through the transition lifecycle covering People, Process, and Technology dimensions and managing the transition as project manager.~crlf~##Monitor the centralized processes to ensure required SLA performance and drive further process improvements.~crlf~##Ensure proactive, timely, complete and correct communication to all stakeholders both during & post BAU stages of the transition framework in the onshore/nearshore units.~crlf~##Actively participate and drive the development of GBO Finance teams within the GBO Finance unit and within our offshored/nearshored services, providing feedback and coaching.~crlf~##Work closely with GBO Finance team leads and manager to ensure people development and career progression as per the offshore/nearshore HR Policies and Frameworks.~crlf~

##University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, finance, mathematics) or equivalent insurance specific qualification~crlf~##1-2 years-experience leading and managing end to end offshoring / outsourcing transitions~crlf~##Managed end-to-end, mid to complex projects with evidence of handling multiple stakeholders, leveraging change management techniques, and proven process optimizations~crlf~##Experience working internationally (cross culture experience), involvement in international working groups or committees, ability to lead people of different cultures directly and indirectly~crlf~##In-depth knowledge of transition methodology: Process Lifecycles, Process Optimization, Change Management & Quality Improvement Frameworks~crlf~##Strong exposure to Financial processes ~crlf~##Analytical and process review skills~crlf~##Strong communication, motivational and problem-solving skills~crlf~##Fluent English~crlf~
