Senior Underwriting Integrity Manager (m/f/d)

This allows us to establish a reputation as leaders of some of the largest and most complex Insurance risks in the market.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to Head of Underwriting Integrity & Solutions EMEA you will be responsible for global interaction, collaboration and coordination with cross-Lines of Business / cross-functional / cross-geographical AGCS senior level management. It represents the global CUO Corporate & CUO Specialty functions and supports both Chief Underwriting Offices and Global Lines of Businesses / Allianz Risk Consulting within all internal and external Underwriting governance related tasks and topics. It ensures and supports internal/external reporting, monitoring and attestation with regards to specific cross-Lines of Business / cross-functional, cross-geographical, Allianz inter-group and regulatory requirements. It assures good corporate governance, monitoring and support of product development and related activities.
In this role you will….~crlf~##Drive and coordinate AGCS Pool participations inclusive managing the Center of Competence within Allianz Group.~crlf~##Lead, drive and manage global AGCS internal (e.g. Underwriting Standards) and external (e.g. ASU) Underwriting governance related topics. Coordinate Group and Underwriting Committee referrals, reporting and attestations. ~crlf~##Lead, drive and coordinate management of Underwriting Authorities across all Lines of Business and geographies~crlf~##Steer and monitor internal Underwriting Business Reviews across all Lines of Business and geographies.~crlf~##Represent CUO within external and internal activities, such as exposure, regulatory or project related. Perform CUO Line of Business support and work as an interface to other AGCS functions.~crlf~
##You have a degree either in Economics, Finance, Insurance Market management, Law or Business Administration~crlf~##You have at least 2 years’ experience as an Underwriter, Broker or relevant equivalent in the Insurance sector within a cross-divisional and cross-departmental interactions ~crlf~##You have an background in the insurance industry with an advances legal knowledge~crlf~##You have an robust understanding of the Underwriting tasks and related process, including the analyze from Underwriting guidelines, wordings and other related documentation ~crlf~##You can express ideas and messages clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing ~crlf~##Ability to coordinate feedback from different sources and summarize it properly~crlf~##Ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to internal and external customer needs~crlf~##Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions~crlf~##Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.~crlf~~crlf~
