Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, as one of the six HR Business Partners for the Munich office, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR topics to the business, acting as both counsel and coach for managers with regards to HR initiatives, policies and procedures. You will act as the key contact to the business and provide advice and support, to motivate and retain employees in a challenging and fast changing business environment.
In this role you will…~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for employees and managers~crlf~##Assess the HR implications of the business strategy, identify opportunities to further meet business needs and design solutions~crlf~##Establish and maintain trusted relationships with managers of various levels and consult them on employee relations topics~crlf~##Support managers in identifying and managing high performing/high potential individuals and ensure succession plans are in place for key positions. You will also work with managers to identify future people requirements~crlf~##Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, annual compensation/performance reviews~crlf~##Represent the business to the HR community and collaborate on programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective~crlf~##Champion change and continuous improvement by proactively engaging with business managers~crlf~##Play an active role in implementing regional and global HR projects and initiatives ~crlf~##Work with the Recruitment team to manage new positions ~crlf~##Collaborate with the wider HR team both locally and globally~crlf~##Effectively maintain and administer all documentation and data for the relevant business area ~crlf~##Act as trusted contact person for the works council bodies~crlf~
##You have a degree (ideally Master) in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or in a related field~crlf~##You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global organization and the insurance area~crlf~##Experience in working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##You have the expertise in leading / managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including restructuring, integration and mature growth markets~crlf~##Deep knowledge of German labor and employment law, and appreciation of Works Council issues~crlf~##You are able to handle negotiations and delicate situations with tact and diplomacy and the ability to steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Technical know-how in at least 2 HR topic areas (e.g., Comp/Ben, PM, Recruiting)~crlf~##You are comfortable working both in a team and independently, in an international and dynamic environment~crlf~##With excellent communication skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the global organization~crlf~##Required languages: English and German fluent (able to negotiate) ~crlf~
