##Drive Global Real Estate portfolio and strategy for AGCS, providing a state-of-the-art office environment to AGCS employees.~crlf~##Manage Global Real Estate projects based on the Allianz New Work Model principles with additional focus on environmental/sustainability targets.~crlf~##Represent the Real Estate function in relevant working groups and with stakeholders and interface partners.

##Manage global projects based on the Allianz New Work Model strategy, ensuring completion within scope, budget and timeframes. ~crlf~##Plan, organize, and coordinate all relevant actions with respective stakeholders and sub-work stream leads (IT, HR, Change Management, Procurement, Operation Services, External Vendors, etc.). ~crlf~##Provide management with respective documentation and analysis (Business Case/CBA, Savings and cost reporting, Steering Committee and decision documentation).~crlf~##Review AGCS real estate portfolio based on the Allianz New Work Model and drive office consolidation in alignment with Allianz Group initiatives.~crlf~##Ensure the effective administration of the real estate portfolio. ~crlf~##Assist with lease and sublease agreement processes and satisfying lease obligations. ~crlf~##Manage the summaries and production of reports relating to the portfolio.~crlf~##Contribute to the implementation and improvement of IT tools & processes for real estate (e.g., site and lease database). ~crlf~##Continuously improve the quality and consistency of data within all areas of the team. ~crlf~##Drive reporting processes (KPIs, dashboards, etc.) and establish relevant real estate processes.~crlf~##Coordinate management of the budget, actuals, cost centers and/or KPI’s within established targets. ~crlf~##Continuously identify and drive cost savings opportunities and efficiencies. ~crlf~##Work closely with Finance/Accounting on items including accounting treatments, depreciation, accruals, and actuals against plans. Seek opportunities to improve service while containing costs.~crlf~##Establish, update and implement a new global real estate strategy for offices based on the new post-Covid needs and requirements. This includes remote working, agile, virtual cooperation, collaboration areas, desk sharing, future orientated IT set-up, change management, etc.~crlf~##Strengthen alignment with interface partners (IT, Change and Communication, HR, Workers Councils, Management, etc.).~crlf~##Include operations environmental targets within the real estate strategy and roll them out in existing sites and new projects. ~crlf~##Focus on renewable energy, energy consumption, emissions and water reduction.~crlf~~crlf~

##Solid real estate acumen with significant business services experience;~crlf~##Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;~crlf~##Knowledge in budgeting, financial planning or cost controlling;~crlf~##Excellent project management skills;~crlf~##Experience coordinating move and construction projects, including reporting;~crlf~##Expertise in environmental strategies and targets in the real estate environment;~crlf~##Knowledge of "New Work Model" projects and transformation of old office cultures;~crlf~##Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;~crlf~##Change management skills with the experience of leading groups through change efforts;~crlf~##Excellent verbal and written communication skills;~crlf~##Strong presentation skills;~crlf~##Demonstrated ability to learn/adapt to change and work across global cultures;~crlf~##Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities;~crlf~##Ability to influence in a matrix organization; and~crlf~##Bachelor’s Degree or relevant education in a real estate environment.~crlf~~crlf~
