##Bachelor Degree: Preferably Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or comparable discipline~crlf~##Certification: Preferably completion of professional insurance qualification (e.g. CII)~crlf~##Significant experience in underwriting profitable business in LoB~crlf~##Expert understanding of LoB products and portfolio~crlf~##Well recognized established relationships with brokers at peer group level and well established within market~crlf~##Significant experience working in a complex global matrix organization leading a team of professionals~crlf~##Expert understanding of legal and regulatory framework~crlf~##Comprehensive technical knowledge of LoB products, coverages, underwriting practices, pricing processes and sales distribution channels~crlf~##Risk Assessment and Management: ability to assess risk inherent exposures and (natural) hazards relevant to LoB~crlf~##Pricing and Market Management: Analyze current performance against benchmarks applying how the market operates and functions, the business needs and customer needs~crlf~##Contract Drafting and Interpretation: design, develop and implement consistent, robust wordings~crlf~##Policy Management: Robust understanding of policy administration life cycle, information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellation~crlf~##Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire~crlf~##Strategic Planning: Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies to address important trends or changes in business~crlf~~crlf~
