BT teams are truly global, based in North America, across Europe and Asia.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich and reporting directly to the Head of Global Product Portfolio Management within the Business Transformation pillar, you will be responsible for transforming the AGCS strategic focus into the product portfolio vision and roadmap. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the product portfolio assigned under your responsibility. This role involves collaboration with virtual and multicultural teams across multiple engagements and countries acting as a strategic and entrepreneurial partner to Business Owners and Product Managers.

In this role you will….~crlf~ ~crlf~##Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle process, from inception to realization, ensuring all deliverables are executed in line with the benefits case, resulting in the appropriate services provided to support benefits realization~crlf~##Show product portfolio level alignment to AGCS strategic priorities, highlight and resolve where it does not align~crlf~##Take charge of product level demand management, support the team and stakeholders through efficient demand management processes; preserve a balanced and efficient product level pipeline of new programs/projects~crlf~##Promote commercial awareness to all stakeholders (demand and supply) to yield value for money~crlf~##Set and continually revise investment strategy with stakeholders and manage product portfolio accordingly; responsible for the lean budget management of their product~crlf~##Own and ensure accuracy and relevancy of product level communications~crlf~##Perform regular health checks to identify and resolve risks and issues on product portfolio and enterprise level~crlf~##Identify and settle product interdependencies, business trade-offs and benefits realization~crlf~##Effectively drive relationships and communication with decision makers as well as with key stakeholders who initiate, define and deliver products~crlf~##Embed cross-portfolio collaboration, innovation and thought leadership to drive synergies and value in Central Portfolio Office and other functions~crlf~##Work with Solution Delivery Leads and other key stakeholders for product portfolio escalations and provide support for the end to end resolution of issues and/or queries~crlf~

##You have a degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Economics or Business Informatics or you are qualified by experience~crlf~##You have at least 3 years of agile experience working within product portfolio management, ideally in the corporate insurance sector. First leadership/coaching experience is beneficial~crlf~##Deep expertise in delivering a product portfolio of multiple projects/programs concurrently, preferably for digital and software solutions~crlf~##You have an understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting and the knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions~crlf~##You are a creative thinker combined with entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen~crlf~##You have a proactive hands-on approach, and can handle pressure and crises confidently~crlf~##High analytical skills with critical thinking and solution driven to achieve quality results~crlf~##With excellent communication and presentation skills, you are experienced in flexing your communication style for various audiences ranging from the C-level suite to a Developer~crlf~##Excellent ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ requirements, expectations and priorities ~crlf~##Willingness to travel to AGCS Global offices as required~crlf~##Fluent in English is mandatory~crlf~
