Junior HR Business Partner, Singapore (Fixed Temp till Dec 2021)
The incumbent would be required to provide support across full spectrum of HR and the key contact to the business for his/ her customers
Business Consultation~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for employees and managers. Play an active role in business activities, understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to business managers.~crlf~##Develop resourcing strategies to support the business. Support managers to identify and manage high performing/high potential individuals and ensure succession is in place for key positions. Work with managers to identify future people requirements and act upon~crlf~##Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics (e.g., claims of misconduct, under performance, disciplinary actions, etc)~crlf~ ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~HR Processes~crlf~##Represent the full spectrum of HR programs and processes to the business. ~crlf~##Consult and support business in implementation of HR processes in respective business area (e.g., rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, etc.)~crlf~##Consult business on HR policies and processes in the region (e.g., annual comp/performance reviews)~crlf~##Lead recruitment process of all positions in respective business area~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~ ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~Operational Effectiveness~crlf~##Act as owner of all documentation and data for business area.~crlf~##Maintain relevant documentation (e.g., contracts, forms, supporting documents) and assure the completeness/accuracy of all data.
