Global Business Analyst (m/f/d)
At AGCS our Business Analysts within Business Transformation (BT) drive the AGCS change agenda forward. BT teams are truly global, based in North America, across Europe and Asia. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to the Head of Business Reporting & Analysis, you will focus on multiple customer and functional areas within all geographies , with a mandate to provide business analysis capacity to Portfolio Board approved projects. Your role will be focused and designed to deliver business and process requirements artefacts from an end to end perspective. You will also liaise with numerous departments within AGCS to integrate our business needs
In this role you will….~crlf~##With a key focus on Claims, you are responsible for eliciting clear, high quality business requirements from key stakeholders and the documentation of Business Requirements, right through from initial draft through to obtaining sign off from key stakeholders on the final version~crlf~##Produce UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategies to facilitate the UAT process and test the business process flow~crlf~##Act as ‘Communication Interface’ between different stakeholders and effectively engage key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project~crlf~##Provide assistance to Senior Business Analysts / Project Managers / Program Managers as required (e.g. preparation of reports / concepts / decision papers)~crlf~##Compile best practices and share within own department, BT and business functions as relevant~crlf~##Deliver analysis and provide consultancy to improve global AGCS business operations as part of board approved projects and initiatives with key focus on Claws. ~crlf~
##You have a degree in Business economics, Business Informatics or similar (ideally Master)~crlf~##At least three years’ experience within the corporate insurance sector with a good knowledge in at least one dedicated functional area e.g. Underwriting / Claims / Financial Accounting etc.~crlf~##Project management skills and experience in working according to an agile framework SAFe preferred ~crlf~##You have an understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting~crlf~##With excellent analytical skills, you are familiar with PEGA, operational and technical workflows and you have the ability to relate business requirements in a clear and concise manner from an end-to-end perspective~crlf~##Creative and innovation-minded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to internal and external customer needs~crlf~##Excellent communication and presentation skills~crlf~##Fluent in English (able to negotiate)~crlf~
