Manage and produce AGCS (virtual and live) events from conception through completion, including AGCS hosted events, industry and charitable sponsorships for North America and webinars as part of the Marketing team. Manage all project delivery elements within time limits and budget. Collaborate with business partners including Market Management, Lines of Business and Marketing & Communications to identify client needs and execute seamless execution of all events within defined business criteria, while ensuring alignment with regional marketing strategies

## Effectively manage all events from program development (including digital elements, creation and formulation of ideas and concepts) through execution and post-evaluation/analysis, including market research, meeting and conference planning, including cost containment venue scouting, equipment logistics (including audio and visual), room(s) set up, guest lists, presentation materials, security, catering and entertainment, transportation, decor and marketing materials. ~crlf~## Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events, including the negotiation and management of contracts with all vendors, suppliers and guest presenters/speakers~crlf~## Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases, including debriefing and obtaining CSAT and analyzing and providing ROI analysis. Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations at the local, state and federal levels as well as internal policies and procedures.~crlf~## Takes a proactive approach in handling of any challenges that might arise and must be able to lead and manage multiple priorities. Independent thought to make decisive decisions to safeguard the integrity of the event and to protect the Company brand on the event day~crlf~## Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors and venues, including contract and insurance details/amounts.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

## BA in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality preferred~crlf~## Strong influence management and leadership skills~crlf~## Excellent written and verbal communication skills~crlf~## Strong negotiation skills~crlf~## Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities~crlf~## Advanced event management experience with emphasis on high profile events and sponsorships (7 - 10 years)~crlf~## Proven ability to collaborate with high-profile clients and executives (7 - 10 years)~crlf~## Advanced experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously against strategy, deadlines and budget parameters (7 - 10 years)~crlf~## Demonstrated ability to strengthen social responsibility considerations and sustainable meeting standards in all event planning (5 -7 years)~crlf~~crlf~
