  • Job Purpose/ Role

    At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in London and reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, you will be supporting compensation, performance management, benefits and data management (metrics) and related topics for the region. The primary focus is on analytical tasks and consulting however limited project work is also part of the role.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In this role you will:~crlf~##Lead Regional annual compensation review and performance management process~crlf~##Drive compensation benchmark activities with market survey data collection, reporting, job matching and analysis~crlf~##Consult business partners and internal team members on compensation topics~crlf~##Drive monthly data reporting process for the region, including generating, reviewing and submitting data for several countries~crlf~##Create quarterly dashboards including regular KPIs/metrics as well as ad-hoc reports including gender pay gap~crlf~##Lead the UK annual benefits renewal (core and flex) including provider reviews and online platform preparation~crlf~##Support benefits cost controlling and invoices~crlf~##Support the day-to-day benefits and pension operation (queries, resolutions) together with HR administrator~crlf~##Support regular payroll process together with HR administrator~crlf~##Liaise with finance payroll team as needed and support with budget planning process~crlf~##Participate in regional/global calls related to rewards and metrics

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##You have at least 3 years’ Technical HR experience in compensation / benefits / metrics, preferably in a global organization~crlf~##Project Management: from individual task management to process steps for regional projects~crlf~##Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (advanced proficiency in Excel)~crlf~##You have worked in a matrix environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##You are able to handle analyzing complex data from multiple sources~crlf~##You are able to support negotiation, often in difficult situation and discussions~crlf~##You express your ideas and messages clearly and with confidence~crlf~##You are able to adapt to an evolving digital context
