    Global Claims Portfolio Intelligence & Coordination team is driving the transformation of AGCS Claims to become a digitally enabled organization. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement Claims processes related to the performance of the Claims function with focus on digitalization and automation. To consult and coach claims community on the operationalization of Claims Predictive Models, AI capabilities, metrics and workflows.in their day-to-day work. To actively collaborate with Claims community to define relevant KPIs for the purpose of measuring Claims performance and adherence to established processes. To represents Claims in multifunctional projects, initiatives and steering groups.

  • Key Responsibilities
