  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The Regional Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury, North America will lead all North America (NA) tasks related to Corporate Finance & Treasury across the three practice groups: ~crlf~##Treasury~crlf~##Capital Management~crlf~##Investment Management & ALM

  • Key Responsibilities

    Treasury: ~crlf~##Optimize liquidity via cash pool/other tools~crlf~##Manage bank relationships~crlf~##Implement and maintain treasury triangle connections (ACTS, GL, Feeder Systems)~crlf~##Deliver cash flow reports and forecasts with focus on North America (US, Canada, and Brazil)~crlf~~crlf~Capital Management: ~crlf~##Oversight of US (RBC) and Canada (BAAT) capital models, used to report and forecast capital positions and ratios~crlf~##Deliver dividend forecast and implement any required capital actions to ensure delivery of the target dividend~crlf~~crlf~Investments: ~crlf~##Oversight of US and Canadian branch investment portfolio in terms of establishing annual income plan and risk tolerance (SAA), with monthly reporting versus plan~crlf~##Implementation of corrective actions as needed~crlf~~crlf~##Expand customer payment and collection technology”~crlf~##FX: lead the FX exposure analysis and hedging for the US and Canadian branch - use SAP query tool for calculating FX exposure and then utilize available hedge tools such as the cash pool in various currencies~crlf~##Provide support as needed to ensure NA is aligned with the global requirements of CF&T within each of the three practice groups~crlf~##Provide analysis and reporting as requested by local AGCS NA CFO in the areas of treasury, capital management, and investments

    ##Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance~crlf~##CTP/MBA/CPA Preferred~crlf~##7 – 10 years of experience with large sale project management and implementation of new processes~crlf~##7-10 years of experience managing Global and local demands and complexities of the diverse NA business~crlf~##P&C Insurance experience~crlf~##Project Management / Process Improvement experience~crlf~##Advanced communication and negotiation skills~crlf~##Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
